Your New Role

 

As Communications Manager you will deliver excellent execution of our communication strategies, ensuring that our message resonates effectively with our audiences and stakeholders. You will build and maintain strong relationships with media and influencers, creating opportunities for impactful storytelling and translate communications strategy into high-quality execution.

 

The main responsibilities will be to

 

  • Monitor and analyse communication outcomes to drive improvements and enhance engagement.
  • Develop and deliver engaging presentations and communication materials that capture the attention of diverse audiences.
  • Co-manage public-facing digital and social media channels with our agency partner, including content planning, review, and publication.
  • Stay on top of trends and best practices in digital and social media platforms to ensure innovative and impactful communication.
  • Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders, including Marketing, Medical, Human Resources, Market Access, and others, to ensure alignment with business and communication objectives.
  • Contribute to internal communication initiatives, supporting employee engagement and organizational culture.
  • Ensure all communication activities are strategically aligned with company goals and brand reputation.

 

Your New Department

 

The Communication & Corporate Affairs department plays a central role in shaping and protecting the company’s reputation. It manages all aspects of communication, including internal engagement, external communication, media relations, and executive communication.

 

The department ensures that global priorities are successfully aligned with the specific needs and opportunities of Türkiye, creating a consistent, credible, and impactful voice in every interaction.

Its mission is to build trust, strengthen corporate reputation, and foster meaningful connections with employees, stakeholders, and society at large, while supporting the company’s long-term growth.

 

Your Skills & Qualifications

 

We’re looking for a new Communications Manager who will enjoy working in a high-paced, dynamic environment. You’ll bring with you:

  • Bachelor’s degree in communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in communications.
  • Fluency in English and Turkish, both written and verbal.
  • Proven experience in content management and working with external stakeholders.
  • Strong understanding of social media dynamics and influencer marketing.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.
