The position

As our new Senior Team Coordinator, you will support our project teams with administrative and financial tasks by planning, driving, optimizing, and tracking activities towards agreed goals. You will support our Project Vice President as a close partner as well as our teams of directors and the whole area.

 

Your main tasks will be:

  • Support the teams with calendar management and other administrative tasks
  • Manage our budgeting process in our annual wheel, including tracking, coordinating and reporting
  • Arrange meetings and events for the team and the whole area – including preparation of agenda, taking minutes and follow-up on actions
  • Effectively manage a variety of systems and processes, including onboarding of new employees, access management, SharePoint site, distribution lists etc.
  • Drive activities and projects of optimisation and streamlining with our administrative team

 

Furthermore, you will support with a variety of ad-hoc tasks in a dynamic work environment with many changing priorities. In this position you will be part of a close-knit team of project coordinators and team coordinators.

 

Qualifications

We're seeking candidates who fulfil the following prerequisites:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar position, preferably from the pharmaceutical industry
  • Experience working in a project environment, it can be an advantage to be certified within project management
  • Skilled in budget tracking and financial management with an analytical approach
  • Flair for IT and professional proficiency using MS 365 and interconnected functionalities
  • Full professional proficiency in both written and spoken English

 

As a person you are a natural problem-solver and thrive in a busy environment where you can work independently with a proactive approach. You understand that good communication is key to success with stakeholders and possess strong organizational and time management abilities. Attention to detail is second nature to you, and you approach problem-solving proactively. You can manage deadlines and work with multiple and frequently changing priorities using good collaboration skills and a sense of humour.

 

About the department

You will join the team commercially responsible for our exciting pipeline of injectable incretins in diabetes as well as being integrated with the project team responsible for our Future Projects and Digital Integration. We are an international team of project directors and leads, who work across the organisation to secure the future success of our pipeline. We are part of the Diabetes Strategy and Projects CVP area within Novo Nordisk’s Commercial Strategy & Corporate Affairs Organisation. It is a driven, team-oriented, and international environment, and you will work with colleagues from the wider CVP area as well as the global headquarter.
