In case of a severe side effect taking place, please seek immediate help from your local hospital or healthcare professional.

Your information about side effects can help us ensure the safety of our products. If you have experienced a side effect to a Novo Nordisk product, we encourage you to also report this to Novo Nordisk.

What information to provide

When reporting side effects please provide the following information if possible:

  • What was the product taken for?
  • How do you take the product (dose, how often)?
 

Side effect details
  • What happened?
  • Did you receive treatment for the side effect?
  • Have you recovered?
 

Patient details
  • Female or male?
  • Age
 

Reporter details
  • Name
  • Contact details
 

Data privacy

Please note that Novo Nordisk registers information about the reported product complaints and side effects for the sake of patient safety and to comply with current legislation. Your personal data will be entered and kept permanently in the Novo Nordisk global safety database and will be treated confidentially. We are obliged to report information on product complaints and side effects to Health Authorities in accordance with current legislation.
