Your personal time

At Novo Nordisk Ltd., we realise that you have a life beyond your career. And that the more rested and refreshed you come to work, the more energy you have to contribute to our company and our customers. We also realise that, occasionally, emergencies crop up, and that you may need time off to handle them.

Annual Leave
You get between 25 to 28 days leave in any one year. This will be pro-rated based on your start date.
 

Bank Holidays
In the UK the entitlement is 8 days and in Ireland 10 days.
