Your personal time

At Novo Nordisk we realise that you have a life beyond your career.  The more rested and refreshed you come to work, the more energy you have to contribute to our company and our customers. We also realise that, occasionally, emergencies crop up, and that you may need time off to handle them.

Annual Leave
You are entitled to between 25 to 28 days leave in any one year. This will be pro-rated based on your start date.  In addition, you get the relevant UK or Ireland bank holidays.

Flexible Working
Employees are able to apply to work flexibly.  Examples of this are working patterns such as annualised hours or flexitime. Approval is dependant on the Departmental Director.
