Staying healthy

Novo Nordisk provides employees with the opportunity to join Private Healthcare schemes, where family members can be included at preferential rates.  Membership of the scheme is supplied free of charge to employees, however it is regarded as a taxable benefit.

Novo Health
The company has a worldwide wellness programme, Novo Health, which promotes and supports healthy living for all employees.  Through the wellness programme employees are offered Health Checks, discounted gym membership rates and access to Individual Health Advice schemes.
