People and Organisation
The role of the People & Organisation department is to support the business achieve key objectives by delivering people policies, systems and support which enable us to attract, retain and motivate employees in line with the Novo Nordisk Way.
The team is responsible for advising and supporting managers and employees on all people activities, including Talent development, Recruitment, Employee Relations, Compensation and Benefits and Learning and Development.
