Medical Department
As a member of the Medical Department, you’ll be providing high quality medical information and customer care to internal as well as external customers, including healthcare professionals and patients. Resolving queries, primarily over the phone, in a timely and accurate manner, you will also be involved in preparing and delivering presentations both internally and externally, to promote an increased awareness and understanding of Novo Nordisk products and therapy areas. In addition, you will work closely with sales and marketing colleagues, providing medical input into marketing campaigns, and signing off promotional materials. Whether it is as a Medical Advisor, Medical Information Officer or Customer Care Advisor, the provision of high quality medical information and customer support to internal and external customers is our primary objective.
