Financial security

Financial security is about more than your salary. It's even about more than planning for your retirement. That's why we offer a number of options that can help with your financial security and keep you moving toward your goals.


Compensation
As well as a competitive salary, all employees are eligible to participate in a bonus scheme.


Pension scheme
The Company operates a pension scheme which is contracted into the State Scheme (SERPS), although as individuals, currently employees may contract out of the State Scheme independently. Joining the pension scheme is optional. The contributions made by the employee and the employer vary depending upon age. In all cases the company contribution is greater than that of the employee.


Life assurance
Life assurance is provided free to all employees whether in or out of the company pension scheme, at 4 times annual pensionable salary.


Permanent health insurance
The Company offers Permanent Health Insurance of 75% of annual salary, less state incapacity benefit.  This is based upon acceptance on to the scheme, if medically proven to be unfit for work for a period in excess of 28 weeks.
