Compensation
As well as a competitive salary, all employees are eligible to participate in a bonus scheme.

Pension scheme
The Company operates a salary sacrifice pension scheme which is contracted into the State Scheme (SERPS), although as individuals, currently employees may contract out of the State Scheme independently. Joining the pension scheme is optional. The contributions made by the employee and the employer vary depending upon age. In all cases the company contribution is greater than that of the employee.

Private Medical Insurance
The Company offers, through PruHealth, access to a Private Medical Insurance scheme.

Life assurance
Life assurance is provided free to all employees whether in or out of the company pension scheme.

Permanent health insurance
The Company offers Permanent Health Insurance of 75% of annual salary, less state incapacity benefit.
